Laue Single-Crystal Orientation System for High-Throughput Operation

This instrument is ideal for high-throughput Laue single-crystal orientation measurements. Utilizing the Laue technique, measurements can be performed in as little as a few seconds. Excellent for nickel-based alloy single-crystal orientation turbine blade inspection.

LAUE DIFFRACTION Software AND Applications

XRDWIN® 2.0 Laue is designed for both operating our single-crystal Laue orientation systems and performing data analysis of Laue patterns. Standard features include a comprehensive set of tools for analyzing patterns, indexing, and reorienting crystals.  This modular program can be easily modified to suit each customer’s workflow requirements.

  • Off-orientation mode with both nearest 001 reference option and a local reference option
