Our fine focus x-ray tubes have been designed specifically to enhance the performance, reliability and capabilities of our x-ray diffraction systems.
Featuring an advanced ceramic body with optimized liquid cooling, the tubes
are available in three diameters (60mm, 30mm, 16mm), in power ratings from 80W
to 2000W.
Available x-ray targets include: Cr, Cu, Co, Fe, Mn, Mo, Ti, V and W.
